Housing Retrofit

Home » What we do » Housing Retrofit

We support the delivery of national programmes to improve the energy efficiency of low-income households.

How we can help

The Hub’s Retrofit Team provides support to local authorities, housing associations, charities and other organisations looking to improve the energy efficiency of their domestic properties.

Our aim is to help upskill the organisations we work with, providing the tools and knowledge to deliver quality retrofit to their housing stock and meet net zero targets.

The type of support offered by the Hub includes:

  • Understanding the steps to retrofit installation
  • How to fund retrofit
  • Delivering retrofit
  • Quality assurance measures

Funding schemes delivered by the Hub

Funding for domestic retrofit comes from various sources including Government schemes. Funds are timely and change frequently which means that navigating the funding landscape can be complicated.
